Our Cut Flowers

We take great care to ensure all cut flowers leave our farm fresh and in excellent condition. While we’re unable to accept returns, we’re always here to help resolve any concerns that may arise.

All fresh flower sales are final. Because flowers are perishable and unique to each arrangement:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your bouquet arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description, so we can make it right — this may include a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
