These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, subscriptions, U-pick events, and photography sessions offered by The Dells of Delphinium (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a product or booking an event or session, customers (“you”) agree to the following policies.
General Policies:
- All sales, bookings, and subscriptions are final once confirmed.
- We reserve the right to modify offerings, pricing, or policies at any time.
- Farm activities take place outdoors and are subject to weather, seasonal availability, and natural growing conditions.
- You are not permitted to enter the farm without a confirmed reservation and a signed liability waiver.
Subscriptions:
- Subscriptions include a set number of bouquets delivered or picked up during the growing season.
- Bouquet contents vary based on seasonal availability and may differ from promotional photos.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once the season begins.
- Pickup times and locations are fixed; changes are not guaranteed. Missed pickups cannot be rescheduled or refunded, but you may send someone else in your place.
Private U-Pick Events:
- U-pick events require advance booking. Walk-ins will not be accommodated.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Cutting tools and cut flower vessels will be provided; outside tools are not permitted.
- Stay within designated picking areas to protect crops and ensure safety.
- No pets are allowed unless they are certified service animals or previously agreed upon.
- Events may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe field conditions.
- If we cancel an event, you may transfer your ticket to a future date within the same season.
Photography Rentals:
- Photography rentals are only available to professional photographers with a business insurance policy.
- Photographers and clients must respect farm boundaries and crops.
- Props must be approved in advance and removed after the session.
- Drones are not permitted unless explicitly authorized.
- Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather or field conditions.
- No-shows or late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or forfeiture of the booking fee.
Safety and Liability:
- You are not permitted to enter the farm without a confirmed reservation and a signed liability waiver.
- You participate in all farm activities at your own risk.
- Uneven ground, insects, mud, and natural hazards are part of the farm environment.
- We are not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damage to personal property.
- By entering the property, you agree to follow all posted signs and staff instructions.
